Reporting Inaccuracies in Information
What is Communication
It’s people talking to other people having a chat or making a speech, or telling them the way to the station.
And people talking means other people listening.
And it’s people writing to other people – in a letter or a magazine, or in a memo at work.
And people writing means other people reading.
Working Relationships within Construction
You will notice when working on-site that in certain areas of construction, more than one trade has to work alongside one another.
It is very important that trades co-operate with each other.
This will ensure . . .
A good team spirit within the disciplines.
The completion of a project on time.
Less wasted or idle time.
Better use of plant and equipment.
On a construction site by report inaccurate information to my supervisor, this will be face-to-face, if he or she was not on site then you would have to phone up my supervisor and talk to them about the information.
if I was unable to contact my supervisor I would go to the next person in charge which would be my foreman or the site agent.
If there was inaccurate information on a working drawing I would take it to site agent to have a look and get him to admen the working drawing and sign and date on the working drawing or specifications.
How would you report inaccurate information and on construction site?
