Industrial Buildings are places of work this could include Shops, Retail Parks and Offices just to mention a few.

Community Buildings are places where people gather to share the building this includes libraries, schools and churches.

Industrial Construction is a very specialized, niche construction vertical that deals mostly with the construction of Factories, Power Plants, Warehouses, and other highly specialized facilities.
